## Description

Chamäleon 509 Polyester Resin is a reactive unsaturated polyester resin that you can apply on nearly any surface, especially together with glass fibre cloth and glass fibre mat. With glass fibre cloth it also covers larger openings: it bridges large holes, perforations from corrosion and other damaged areas. It applies well on metal, wood and concrete.

The resin is elastic, easy to work, can be painted over and is resistant to moisture, weak acids, solvents and UV. Before painting, a fine filler is advised, for example S120-15024. The resin suits the glass fibre cloth S113-000695.

You can use it to repair corrosion damage on vehicles, in model building and for making moulds, in the garden (ponds and other plastic items), in industry (tanks and pipes), for boat hulls and at home on metal, concrete and wood.

- Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection, face protection and hearing protection.
- IF ON SKIN (or hair): take off all contaminated clothing immediately. Rinse skin with water or shower.
- IF IN EYES: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
- Dispose of the contents and container in accordance with local waste regulations.
