## Description

Carplan Gastite Red is a semi-hardening red sealant and gasket dressing. Use it to seal porous and uneven surfaces and on every type of joint, including gasket joints and metal joints where no gasket is needed. It also suits aluminium and special-alloy block covers. During assembly it holds the gasket in place, which makes gaskets easier to fit, and later the parts come apart quickly and easily.

The sealant resists petrol, diesel, oil, water, steam and antifreeze and withstands temperatures from -40 to +250 °C.

**How to use**

- Make sure the surfaces are clean, dry and free from oil, grease, rust and dirt.
- Apply evenly over both surfaces, leave for a few minutes, then join the parts.
- Remove any excess with methylated spirits.

- If eye irritation persists, get medical advice.
- Store locked up.
- Dispose of the contents and container in accordance with local authority regulations.
