### How quickly will my order arrive?

In Estonia, delivery to a parcel locker usually takes 2-5 working days, and by courier 3-7 working days. You can collect your order free of charge at Mäealuse 10 in Tallinn within 1-2 working days. Parcel-locker and courier delivery are free from €100. Each product page shows the exact dates.

### Can I collect my order myself?

Yes, and it is free. Choose pickup at checkout and come to Mäealuse tn 10, box 5, Tallinn, Mon-Fri 9.00-17.00. We email you when the order is ready, usually within 1-2 working days. Bring your order number.

### Will I get a confirmation of my order?

Yes, right after you order we send a confirmation to your email. If it did not arrive, check your spam folder too or write to us at [info@autotools.ee](mailto:info@autotools.ee).

### How can I pay?

With a Visa or Mastercard card, through Apple Pay and Google Pay, and by bank link: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop Pank, Luminor, Citadele, Revolut, N26 and Artea. You can also choose to pay by invoice at checkout. Payments are processed by Montonio.

### Can I pay in instalments?

Not at the moment: we don't offer instalments or hire purchase. You can pay by card, with Apple Pay or Google Pay, by bank link or by invoice.

### Can I pay by invoice?

Yes. Choose to pay by invoice at checkout: we email you a prepayment invoice to pay by bank transfer, and we send the goods once the payment arrives. Buying for a company? Enter the company details at checkout and we make the invoice out to the company.

### Is there a trade price for workshops and companies?

Yes. Workshops, car services and resellers get a standing trade price on the whole range and invoices in the company's name with a trade account. Apply on the [Trade account](/en/p/partnerikonto) page and we answer within one working day. You see the trade price when you are signed in.

### Is paying safe?

Yes. The payment takes place in the secure environment of your bank or Montonio. You enter your card details directly there and they never reach us.

### Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices include VAT.

### Can I return a product?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of return. Write to us at [info@autotools.ee](mailto:info@autotools.ee) and we will send you the return instructions.

### What should I do if a product is wrong, damaged or faulty?

Write to us at [info@autotools.ee](mailto:info@autotools.ee) and include the order number, a short description of the problem and photos. That way we can resolve it quickly. For a defective product we resolve the matter as the law provides.

### Are the products genuine?

Yes. We sell only genuine products from over 200 brands, including ROOKS, YATO and Castrol.

### Are you an Estonian company?

Yes. Autotools is a brand of Autojoy OÜ (registry code 14752838, VAT number EE102171439). Our warehouse is at Mäealuse tn 10, box 5, Tallinn: look for the autojoy sign on the building.

### How do I find the right mats for my car?

In the "Find mats for your car" section above, choose your car make and model. Every mat is measured for a specific model.

### I cannot find the product I need. What should I do?
